La Tribuna, a media outlet in Grupo Vázquez, was moving its website from WordPress to Arc XP. The project needed hands-on guidance so new developers could use Arc XP Fusion effectively.

02 / My contribution
- Guided a cross-cultural team of 3–4 developers in adopting Arc XP Fusion and its implementation practices.
- Contributed as a part-time technical consultant and acting tech lead while continuing other responsibilities at ITTI.
- Participated in candidate interviews and helped onboard new developers.
03 / Outcome
The friends-and-family version launched in late January 2026, followed by the public launch in mid-February.
